Privacy Policy
Roof Previewer (roofpreviewer.com) is a product of Custom Ai Apps LLC ("we," "us"). This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do. It covers this website and, once your company is set up, the Roof Previewer service.
This website
We do not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data cookies on this website. If you email us or book a call, we keep your name, email and what you tell us, to answer you and run our business.
The service, for roofing companies
- Account details: name, company, email, phone, and the people your company invites.
- Billing details: plan and payment status. Card details are held by our payment processor, not by us.
- Your content: your logo, your shingle and color catalog, and the pictures you make.
Homeowner photos
A photo of a house is used to make the roof picture the roofing company asked for. Photos and finished pictures are kept privately in the roofing company's account so it can show them again. They are never public. The roofing company is the one that decides what to do with its customers' information; its own privacy notice applies, and questions should go to it first. We will help it answer.
We do not identify people from photos and we do not use anyone's photos to train AI models.
Who helps us run it
We use hosting, AI image, payment and email providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
A company's content stays while its account is active. Ask us in writing and we delete it within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, download or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing todd@customaiapps.ai. We answer within 30 days. If your information came to us through a roofing company, we pass your request to that company and help it answer.
Children
The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we make an important change we will post it here with a new date. Questions: Custom Ai Apps LLC, Midlothian, Texas, todd@customaiapps.ai.
